Small Closed Therapeutic Groups
We are currently offering a limited number of survivors the opportunity of attending a small closed therapy group.
These groups will consist of a maximum of 10 survivors and will meet once every week for 8 weeks with the same counsellor/s.
We ask for a contribution of £5 per week for those attending. If this is a problem for you, please contact us and we will see if we can help.
The groups meet at 'Brightview' on Thursday evening from 7.30pm until 9.30pm. Refreshments are provided.
You would need to commit to attending for 8 Thursday evenings.
The current group is now full and underway but the next 8 week course is planned to start in April 2017.
These groups are open to male and female survivors over the age of 16 not partners, although partners are still welcome at the open group meetings.
If you are interested in taking part please contact us or just drop into the next group meeting for an assessment.
We cannot guarantee a place in this group and if you are currently receiving any other therapy of mental health treatment then this group may not be appropriate for you.
You will need to discuss it with your counsellor, therapist, CPN or psychiatrist/psychologist to ensure it does not interfere with your current treatment or therapy.
