There are many resources available to Survivors from a wide variety of sources.
Numerous books and videos can be found online, you might try looking at some of the websites shown on our support page to give you an idea.

Eastbourne Survivors has recently produced a booklet which is a useful introduction into some of the issues associated with adults who have been abused as children.

Some NHS trusts have downloadable self-help booklets which cover many of the problems encountered by Survivors, such as:
